ORTICOLARIO 2026 / en rêverie BETWEEN DREAMS AND ILLUSIONS AT ORTICOLARIO 2026: ANOTHER POSSIBLE WORLD
MILANO, ITALY, October 6, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Cernobbio (Como), The 2026 edition of Orticolario has officially come to an end. The international event, created to celebrate nature and promote landscape culture, was once again held in the magnificent setting of Villa Erba, the historic residence on the shores of Lake Como.
Now in its sixteenth edition, Orticolario once again recorded more than 30,000 visitors, reaffirming itself as an unmissable event for anyone seeking an enriching experience combining nature, art, culture and design. Many children and young people also took part, both with schools and families, in educational programmes and interactive activities.
En rêverie led visitors into another dimension: that of dreams, illusion and fantasy. A dimension driven by the desire to discover and by the ability to shape with the mind what does not yet exist, giving form to infinite possible scenarios. At the heart of this surreal vision were fantastic plants, protagonists of fascinating art installations and immersive spaces that also provided an opportunity for discussion and reflection on the plant world — a world capable of revealing itself as even more mysterious and fascinating, constantly displaying its extraordinary ability to surprise.
It is worth recalling that Orticolario’s mission is to promote landscape culture and raise funds for local social organisations involved in the event and actively engaged in its creation.
As soon as the event came to an end, the organising team was already at work on the seventeenth edition, scheduled to take place from September 30 to October 3, 2027. An open call for creative and exhibition spaces, art and design installations, and cultural proposals is expected to be launched in November 2026.
